This lead me to think of my own traditions and, eventually, the hobbies of all pod pilots when they take those long auto pilot journeys or have off time from studies. Read a novel, clean your weapons, preach your faith, look at pictures of women with questionable morals?

Personally I practice the beautiful arts of Epee and Rapier fencing, and I do mean the actual art. Sword fighting has been lost to movies with katanas that can cut through tanks and broadswords bigger then the wielder. It baffles me how people swing around swords and pretend they know how to use them. The art of swordsmanship dates back since before the Eve Gate, and it baffles me why people delude it into fancy swinging."

He explained, the screen switching to images of his dressed in his white fencing outfit, holding a spanish rapier in a customly fitted area of his ship which looked to be made out of wood instead of metal.

"So, please, tell me, what do you all do to keep yourselves occupied? I'm sure this thread will fail in comparison to the arguments of violence, terorism, and religious obsession, but I am simply...curious."
